The Vicious Cycle: Making PMDD Visible project started in January 2017 - what started as a small art project (#PMDDpostcards) brought together a group of folk around the world, all passionate about raising awareness of this crippling condition.

We are a collective of patients who want to make a difference. After being misdiagnosed, left undiagnosed and being bounced around the medical systems ourselves we know the importance of the education of health care professionals and also the need for information so patients can self-advocate.
